How can we help?

In the app: Settings → Account → “Delete my account”. It asks for your password to confirm.

Your account and your whole vault are deleted from our server, for good. What’s on your phone isn’t touched: to delete that too, Settings → Your data → “Delete the whole journal”.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel your subscription. Cancel it first where you paid for it: it’s just below.

If you no longer have the app, write to info@redtailden.com from your account’s email address, with the subject “Privacy request”.

You cancel it where you paid for it:

• App Store (iPhone). In the app, Settings → The Nodus plan → “Manage subscription”, or in your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions. Apple asks you to do it at least 24 hours before it renews.
• Google Play (Android). In the app, Settings → “Manage subscription”, which opens Google Play; or in Google Play, Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• On the web. On the plan page, “Manage subscription”.

The plan lasts until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by whoever charged you: Apple or Google, on their own pages; if it was on the web, write to us.

If you changed phones or reinstalled the app, sign in with your Nodus account: the plan goes with the account, not with the device.

If it still doesn’t show up, open the plan screen —Settings → “See the plan”; on iPhone it’s inside “The Nodus plan”— and tap “Restore purchases”, with the same Apple or Google account you paid with.

If you paid on the web there’s nothing to restore: just sign in with the same account.

With the Nodus plan, AI is paid with Nodus credits or with your own Anthropic, Groq and Supadata keys.

Each credit covers one US cent of what the AI you use actually costs. They never expire, and anything you do with your own keys doesn’t use them.

You buy them with an active plan, in packs of 300, 600 and 1,200 credits (US$4.99, US$9.99 and US$19.99). With the plan’s first payment you get 100 free. If they run out, what you save is still saved, without AI.

Your balance, roughly what each thing costs, and your latest activity are in Settings → “See credits”; on iPhone, inside “The Nodus plan”.
